Part-Time Executive VA — Brand Deals Organization, Negotiation & TikTok Shop Operations

This is a long-term, part-time position requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week, usually 2–3 hours per weekday.

I am an established TikTok Shop creator looking for a highly intelligent, organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive VA to manage the operational side of my paid brand partnerships.

Your main responsibility is to make sure every brand deal is organized, followed up on, completed, submitted, invoiced, and collected.

You will communicate with brands through my business email and WhatsApp after trust and access are established. You will also help negotiate one-video offers into larger packages and recurring partnerships using my approved pricing and negotiation guidelines.

The goal is for me to wake up with one simple, prioritized list telling me exactly what I need to record that day.
