B2B Appointment Setter — AI Receptionists for Service Businesses (Leads Provided → Full-Time)

We build AI receptionists that answer phones 24/7 for service businesses — plumbers, electricians, landscapers, law firms. Real product, live paying clients across Canada and the US.

The role: You call business owners from lead lists we provide — no prospecting, no list building, no closing. You get scripts and full product training. Your job is the conversation: get them curious and book them into a demo call with our team. We take it from there.

How it starts: A 1–2 week paid trial, structured as performance-based bonuses — typically $120–$280 per deal that closes from your booked appointments, uncapped, paid weekly. The trial is deliberately performance-heavy: we're looking for someone whose appointments show up and turn into business.

Where it goes: Perform in the trial and this becomes a full-time ongoing role with consistent lead flow.

You:

• Proven B2B phone sales or appointment-setting experience
• Fluent, confident English; comfortable calling Canadian & US business owners
• Available North American business hours (ET) — from the Philippines this is a night-shift role
• Hungry — you want to be paid for results, not for dialing

We provide: leads, scripts, training, and CRM access.
