Senior GoHighLevel + SMS Automation Specialist (Full-Time)

We are an established agency with multiple active clients and are hiring a senior GoHighLevel (GHL) + SMS Automation Specialist to own and improve the delivery side of our client systems. This is a long-term, full-time role—not a one-off project.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• GHL account and subaccount setup and maintenance
• Advanced workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags, custom fields, segmentation, calendars and campaigns
• SMS and email nurture, appointment, no-show, reactivation and follow-up sequences
• A2P 10DLC registration, opt-in/consent compliance, Twilio/LC Phone setup and SMS deliverability troubleshooting
• APIs, webhooks and integrations using Zapier, Make or n8n
• End-to-end testing, failure handling, reporting, documentation and ongoing optimization
• Reliable delivery across multiple client accounts while communicating clearly with the agency team

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 2 years of genuine hands-on GoHighLevel experience, preferably inside an agency
• Proof of advanced GHL and SMS work: case studies, screenshots, Loom walkthroughs, references or live systems
• Experience diagnosing broken workflows and messaging/deliverability problems
• Strong written and spoken English
• A reliable computer, stable internet and distraction-free workspace
• Full-time availability for 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
• Long-term availability, responsiveness and ownership

COMPENSATION
$2,000 USD per month base plus 5% commission on closed deals.
