Manage multiple advertising accounts within a fast-moving agency environment.
Respond professionally to feedback and adjust campaigns as client requirements develop.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of two years’ professional paid advertising experience.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads.
Experience managing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding, budgets and attribution.
Experience with lead-generation, conversion, booking and ecommerce campaigns.
Good knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to evaluate key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail when building, monitoring and reporting on campaigns.
Very high standard of written and spoken English.
Ability to write clear and effective advertising copy.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to client feedback.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, budgets and campaigns simultaneously.
Reliable access to high-speed internet and a suitable remote working environment.
The Ideal Candidate

You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for advertising performance. You can move beyond simply launching campaigns and explain what is working, what is not working and what should happen next.

You understand the relationship between creative quality, audience targeting, campaign structure and the customer journey. You are confident making decisions based on data while recognising when a campaign needs stronger creative, a better offer or an improved landing page.

You communicate clearly, manage budgets carefully and keep accounts structured so campaign activity can be easily reviewed by the wider team.
