Email Marketing VA (UK-based, Apollo and Instantly experience is a MUST))

Position: Email Marketing VA
Salary: $6.50 – $8 USD per hour
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), with potential to increase to full-time
Working Hours: Any 4-hour shift between 10 am – 4 pm EST

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Build and manage email sequences in Apollo and Instantly
• Perform list building and enrich data using tools
• Further enrich data manually following standard business processes
• Set up domains, inboxes, and warming processes
• Monitor live campaigns and ensure system stability
• Follow structured processes with minimal supervision
• Assist with other cold email operations and business development tasks as needed

You MUST:

• Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Be honest and transparent about skill limitations
• Adapt quickly to changes and evolving priorities
• Avoid misrepresentation of your abilities
• Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership of tasks

Must-have Qualifications:

• Proven experience with both Apollo and Instantly
• Strong background in list building & manual data enrichment
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• High attention to detail

Additional, nice-to-have qualifications:

• Go High Level (GHL) experience – sub-account setup, basic builds
• Familiarity with CRM workflows
