IT Developer

The IT Developer is responsible for managing the end-to-end development of systems, applications, and web platforms. This role thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and provides support to cross-functional teams by delivering both front-end and back-end solutions, system integrations, automation, and technical troubleshooting.

The IT Developer is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-driven, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams, manage complex workflows, and quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, internal tools, CMS platforms, APIs, databases, and cross-platform integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across company systems, applications, workflows, and web platforms.
• Implement automation and integration solutions using tools such as Zapier, while maintaining company software and applications.
• Analyze data and create dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations using Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• Ensure system security and compliance through appropriate security standards and practices.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions, improve processes, and optimize systems.
• Provide technical guidance, training, support, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Document systems, architecture, processes, workflows, and technical knowledge to improve accessibility and continuity.
• Support ad-hoc technical tasks and organizational priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with GitHub and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and database management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.
