About us
We are a healthcare organisation. Alongside our clinical and operational business, we build and run our own
software — the platforms our practices, partners and customers use every day, spanning both B2B and B2C use
cases. Our development, QA and product teams work remotely across multiple time zones, anchored to Sydney
business hours.
We are a small, hands-on technology group. Decisions get made quickly, the approval chain is short, and the
person managing a project is genuinely the person who owns it.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of three of our customer-
facing digital products.
This is a multi-project role, and that is the whole point of it. The three products have different users, different
release rhythms and different stakeholders, and you will be moving between all of them in any given week. If
you like the certainty of one long-running project, this is not the role. If you are energised by holding several

The products
Product 1 — Booking Widget
An embeddable online appointment booking component that lets our business locations take bookings directly
from their own websites. High visibility, high traffic, and unforgiving of regressions.
Product 2 — Content Hub
A digital hub for content and imaging assets, serving both internal teams and external partners.
Product 3 — Product Catalogue
The central catalogue of products that feeds our customer-facing systems and partner integrations. Data quality
and integration reliability are the core challenges here.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for all three products — scope, plan, schedule, dependencies, risk, budget and

release.

• Run the day-to-day delivery cadence in Jira: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, velocity and

burndown reporting, and honest status reporting to stakeholders.

• Keep Confluence current and authoritative — requirements, functional specs, architecture decisions,

runbooks and release notes.

• Coordinate a delivery team of 8+ developers alongside QA, working with tech leads on sequencing,

capacity and cross-product dependencies.

• Own the QA/QC gate. Agree the test plan, coordinate UAT, triage and prioritise defects, and make the

go/no-go call on every release.

• Plan releases against AWS-hosted environments (EC2, RDS) with the engineering team — environment

readiness, release windows, data migrations and rollback plans.

• Manage stakeholders across operations, marketing and external partners; translate their needs into a backlog

the developers can actually work from.
Actively manage the trade-offs between the three products when they compete for the same people, and
make the resourcing call rather than escalating it by default.

• Surface risks and blockers early, in writing, with a proposed path forward.
• Continuously improve how we deliver — process, tooling, documentation and handover quality.

What you must bring

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager on commercial software products (not

internal IT projects alone).

• Proven track record managing large delivery efforts with development teams of 8 or more engineers, plus

dedicated QA.

• Expert-level Jira — epics and stories, boards, sprints, workflows, JQL, dashboards and delivery reporting.

You should be comfortable configuring, not just using.

• Expert-level Confluence — you treat it as the single source of truth and you keep it that way: specs,

decision logs, runbooks, release notes, meeting outcomes.

• Working knowledge of AWS, specifically EC2 and RDS. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must

be able to plan releases, environments, migrations, backups and rollbacks with engineers and understand
what you are agreeing to.

• Hands-on oversight of QA/QC — test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage and prioritisation, and

release sign-off.

• Comfortable running Agile (Scrum or Kanban) with the pragmatism to bend it when the work calls for it.
• Genuinely adaptable and fast-moving. You will switch between products inside the same week and be

expected to pick each one back up without losing the thread.

• Excellent written English and a written-first communication habit — this is non-negotiable in a distributed

team.

• Self-managing and highly organised, with the confidence to escalate risks early rather than hope they

resolve themselves.

• Available 9:00am–6:00pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday.

Desirable

• Experience with booking or scheduling systems, e-commerce, or product catalogue / PIM platforms.
• Health or medical industry experience.
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel back-ends and modern JavaScript front-ends — enough to follow a technical

conversation.

• Bitbucket or Git branching, pull request and release workflows.
• Awareness of CI/CD and deployment tooling (Laravel Forge or similar).
• Experience managing third-party integrations and external vendors.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Certified Scrum Master certification.

Remote work and hours
This role is fully remote — you can be based anywhere — but you must be online and available during Sydney
business hours, 9:00am to 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday. Sydney observes daylight saving, so the
UTC offset shifts between +10 and +11 through the year. Please only apply if that overlap works for you long
