ABOUT THE COMPANY
Spartan Fill Solutions provides clean fill delivery and tip site coordination across South East Queensland, Australia.
We connect customers who need fill delivered with contractors and businesses that need approved locations to dispose of clean material. We coordinate customer enquiries, material information, tip sites, truck movements, payments and load tracking.
THE ROLE
You will communicate with Australian customers, contractors, truck operators, landowners and tip site contacts. You will take allocated enquiries from first contact through to payment, delivery coordination and job completion.
A DAY IN THE ROLE
Contacting new and existing customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email .
Confirming customer names, phone numbers, addresses and job requirements.
Collecting photos, videos, declarations and required forms.
Confirming material type, quantity, truck type, access conditions and delivery timeframe.
Following up with customers until they proceed, decline, or need future contact.
Advertising tip site opportunities through approved channels, including Facebook groups and industry apps.
Finding your own customers through your own advertising — this counts toward your bonus.
Matching clean fill jobs with available receiving sites.
Confirming receiving sites can accept the material and quantity.
Coordinating customers, contractors, truck operators and site contacts.
Tracking truck movements and load counts.
Recording calls, messages, payments, quantities and job updates accurately in company systems.
Sending a daily report to the business owner.
Escalating unclear, unsafe or non-compliant material immediately.
Completing clear handovers for active and unfinished jobs.
TARGETS YOU'LL BE WORKING TO
We'll be upfront about what good looks like. These are the numbers the role is measured on:
THE MAIN ONE — conversion rate
You are measured on how much of what we hand you actually converts. If we supply $5,000 of enquiries in a week, we expect you to convert most of it.
Paid tip site jobs — convert 90%. These are quick: search our site list, match it, confirm it.
Paid import jobs — convert 70%. Harder, because you are advertising and chasing fill to come available.
These percentages are confirmed after your first month, once we have measured together what is realistic in this market. They will not be set against you before then.
TURNAROUND
Paid tip site, under 500m3 — confirmed within 1 hour.
Paid tip site, 500m3 and over — escalate to the business owner, timeframe agreed at the start.
Paid import — fill sourced, confirmed and delivered within 3 days.
Paid import — customer updated by day 2 if it is not sorted yet. Nobody is left wondering.
REVENUE
Building toward $3,000 AUD per week, where enough suitable customers are supplied.
This is context, not a stick. If we do not supply you enough leads in a week, that is on us, not you — which is why conversion rate is the number that actually matters.
EVERY DAY
Daily report sent to the business owner at the end of each shift.
Log the reason on any job that does not convert — no site in range, fill did not come, or customer pulled out.
Customer records, payments and load counts kept accurate.
New leads followed up promptly and consistently.
WhatsApp messages answered quickly during agreed availability.
You will not be expected to hit full targets in your first two weeks. Week one is learning the systems. We build from there.

PAY IN DETAIL
Base: $25 AUD per day worked, Monday to Friday.
Bonus: $50 for every $1,000 of revenue generated in a week. No cap — the more you do, the more you earn.
Self-sourced work: Customers you bring in yourself, or free customers you convert to paid, count toward your bonus the same as supplied jobs.
Pay increases: Your daily rate increases as you gain experience and consistently hit targets. Reviewed openly, not left vague — good work gets paid better.
Payment method: Remitly, weekly, every Monday for the previous week.
What that looks like in practice:
$2,000 week — $125 base + $100 bonus = $225
$3,000 week — $125 base + $150 bonus = $275
$4,000 week — $125 base + $200 bonus = $325
$5,000 week — $125 base + $250 bonus = $375
Every job is logged as either a supplied lead or self-sourced, so there is never any question about which applies.
The bonus is payable only after:
The customer has paid the company and the payment has been retained.
Required customer records have been completed.
The correct sales, logistics and compliance processes have been followed.
No refund, chargeback or unresolved dispute applies.
No work days.
Work volume depends on customer demand and weather. Wet weather can stop or slow jobs. If there is no work on a given day, you will be told by 4:00pm the previous day and that day is not paid. This is normal in this industry — some weeks are full, some are quieter.
The company aims to supply a good volume of enquiries and job opportunities. However, the number of leads, sales, hours and commission may vary. The clean fill industry is affected by rain and site conditions, so available work can fluctuate.
CONFIDENTIALITY + NDA
You will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting. All customer details, leads, tip site locations, prices, databases, training materials and business information belong to the company and must remain confidential — during the role and after it ends.
Contractors must not:
Privately contact or service company customers.
Redirect company customers outside the business.
Collect customer payments personally.
Share confidential site locations or customer information.
Use company leads, systems or relationships for personal benefit.
Release tip site details before the required approval and payment steps are completed.
TRAINING + SUPPORT
Full onboarding and direct mentoring from the business owner.
Training videos, scripts, templates and checklists.
Demonstrations of the customer and logistics processes.
Close support during the first one to two weeks.
Ongoing guidance for unusual or difficult situations.
Leads and existing customer opportunities supplied.
Access to company systems and resources.
You must complete the required training and demonstrate competency before independently managing sensitive customer, pricing or tip site information.
