GoHighLevel Tech VA for US Marketing Agency

ABOUT US

We are Nexus Partner, a US-based marketing agency serving auto detailing businesses across North America. We run Meta ads, work every lead through our sales team and AI booking system, and book jobs directly onto our clients' calendars using GoHighLevel. We're growing fast and need a technical VA who lives and breathes GHL to help us build, launch, and maintain client accounts.

This is a full-time, long-term, remote role. We are not looking for freelancers juggling five clients. We want one person who grows with us for years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and manage GoHighLevel subaccounts for new and existing clients
Set up pipelines, calendars, workflows, automations, and triggers in GHL
Configure integrations (webhooks, forms, phone/SMS, calendar syncs)
Install and troubleshoot tracking (pixels, conversion events)
Handle day-to-day GHL maintenance and fix issues as they come up
Support new client onboarding from a technical setup standpoint
Document what you build so our systems stay clean and repeatable
Communicate daily with our team over Slack and track your work

REQUIREMENTS — READ CAREFULLY

Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel proficiency. This is mandatory. You must be able to build subaccounts, workflows, calendars, and automations without hand-holding.
Minimum 2 years experience working in GHL specifically
Strong understanding of automations, triggers, and workflow logic
Comfortable with webhooks, integrations, and connecting third-party tools
Strong written English for async communication
Stable internet (25+ Mbps), a reliable computer, and a backup power source
Available full-time, Monday to Friday, with overlap into US business hours
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently once trained

STRONGLY PREFERRED (not mandatory)

Experience with Meta Ads Manager (building campaigns, pixels, conversion tracking)
Experience at a marketing agency or with US-based clients
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
Experience with lead generation or appointment-booking funnels

PAID SKILL TEST

Top candidates will be paid $30 USD for a short skill test before the final interview. We'll give you access to a test GHL subaccount and a specific build task. This is how we make our final decision.
