Job Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon FBA wholesale business. This role covers product sourcing, account management, and day to day operational tasks. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Customer and account management

Reply to customer email s
Go through reimbursements
Manage prep sheets
Chase invoices with suppliers

Sourcing and listings

OA (Online Arbitrage) product sourcing
Repricing products
List used and returned items on eBay

Inventory and shipments
Go through stock levels
Create shipments

Requirements

Previous experience with Amazon FBA or Seller Central preferred
Hands on experience using SellerAMP and Keepa (required, not just familiarity)
Strong written English for customer communication
Highly organised and comfortable with spreadsheets
Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC
Willing to work UK hours
