ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of an online store. You will help maintain product listings, monitor orders and inventory, communicate with customers, and keep store information accurate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, upload, and update product listings
• Write and format product titles, descriptions, and specifications
• Upload product images and organize product categories
• Monitor orders, shipments, returns, and cancellations
• Coordinate with customers regarding order-related concerns
• Update product prices, stock levels, and promotional information
• Maintain product and inventory records in spreadsheets
• Identify incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate listings
• Assist with competitor and product research
• Prepare basic sales, inventory, and order reports
• Support store promotions and other e-commerce activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce, or a similar platform is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good written English and customer-service skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Basic image-editing experience using Canva or similar software
• Ability to learn new systems and follow detailed procedures
• Experience in product research or order management is an advantage

• Reliable computer or laptop
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet home workspace
• Backup internet connection is preferred
