Appointment Setter for US Roofing Leads (Long-Term, Performance Bonuses, Growth Path)

We are PWA Media, a US marketing agency (4.8 stars on Google). We book roof estimate appointments for American roofing companies, and we are hiring one appointment setter to grow with us long term.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Call warm US homeowner leads within minutes of them requesting a roof quote (these are NOT cold calls; they asked us to contact them)
• Follow up by call and text until they answer or say no
• Book estimate appointments onto the company calendar
• Simple CRM work in GoHighLevel (we train you; experience is a plus)
• Follow up with US business owners who reply to our email s and book them onto our calendar

SCHEDULE

• US business hours (US Mountain or Central time to start; night shift Philippine time)
• Full time, Monday to Friday, long-term role

PAY

• $3.00 USD per hour to start, paid bi-weekly
• PLUS $15 bonus for every appointment that shows up
• PLUS $50 bonus for every appointment that becomes a sold job
• Raise path to $5.00 per hour, and a team-lead role as we add clients (our first hire trains the next ones)

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent spoken English, clear and confident on the phone
• Quiet workspace, good headset, reliable internet PLUS a backup (data or second connection)
• Experience calling US customers (appointment setting, home services, or solar/roofing is a big plus)
• Comfortable with call recording and coaching; we review calls to help you earn more bonuses
