JOB TITLE: Social Media and Content Virtual Assistant – Work From Home

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media and Content Virtual Assistant to help manage our online presence. You will prepare content, schedule posts, engage with the online community, and assist with performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and schedule posts for Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms
• Write clear and engaging captions based on the brand’s tone
• Design simple graphics, stories, and promotional materials using Canva
• Repurpose long-form content into short posts, reels, or video ideas
• Reply to comments and routine direct messages
• Maintain and update the monthly content calendar
• Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and content ideas
• Upload and organize approved photos and videos
• Track reach, engagement, followers, and other performance indicators
• Prepare weekly or monthly social-media reports
• Coordinate with team members for content review and approval

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing social-media accounts for a business or brand
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of Canva and social-media scheduling tools
• Basic short-form video editing using CapCut or similar software
• Understanding of platform trends and audience engagement
• Strong organization and ability to meet publishing deadlines
• A portfolio or examples of previous content are preferred
• Experience using AI tools responsibly for research and content assistance is an advantage

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable computer or laptop
• Stable internet connection
• Access to required design and social-media applications
• Smartphone capable of reviewing social content
