Creator Outreach Specialist (Instagram + TikTok)

Erythros is a fast-growing skincare and wellness brand, and this is an established DTC company with a real product already shipping to customers. Our flagship product is the Erythros Laser Pro Mask, the only wireless FDA-cleared laser face mask, built with 164 medical-grade lasers for visible results in one week. We also sell the SciLight Pro line for full-body recovery. We sell direct to consumers and we are building out a creator program to get our products in front of the right audiences.

We're now looking to recruit some of the most promising creators into our creator ambassador program! This is a long-term, full-time role, not a one-off project. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as the creator program scales.

The Role:
We are looking for a Creator Outreach Specialist to find and reach out to content creators and bring them into our creator program. Your job is to keep the top of the funnel full by contacting qualified creators every single day, across multiple channels.

You will run outreach three ways: through a tool called Growi, through Instagram DMs, and through email . You need to be comfortable working all three at once and staying organized across them. (We will provide training on the Growi tool)

What You'll Do
Find creators who have 5,000+ followers on Instagram and 5,000+ followers on TikTok
Reach out to these creators every day using Growii, Instagram DMs, and email
Send a high volume of personalized outreach messages across all three channels
Pitch our creator program and get creators to sign up
Follow up consistently with creators who do not reply the first time
Track your outreach numbers and replies
Report your daily and weekly activity

What We're Looking For:

• Tenacious. You keep going, you follow up, and you do not give up after one message
• Strong follow-through. You finish what you start and you hit your numbers without being chased
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Personable. You know how to talk to people and make creators want to work with us
• Able to hit volume. You can keep daily output high and consistent
• Experience with creator, influencer, or DTC outreach is a big plus
• Comfortable in outreach tools, Instagram, and email (experience with Growii is a bonus, we will train)
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
