GoHighLevel Expert – Agency Setup & Client Website Builder

I am starting a new digital agency called WebXpert.ai that helps service-based businesses improve their websites, lead capture, booking, follow-up, CRM and automation using GoHighLevel.

I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist in the Philippines who can work directly with me to get the agency set up properly and help me build our first client project.

This is NOT a traditional VA position.

I am specifically looking for someone who already understands GoHighLevel and can actually build and configure things independently rather than someone who needs to be taught how GoHighLevel works.

What I need help with:

• Set up and configure my GoHighLevel agency account
• Help me establish the proper agency/sub-account structure
• Configure domains, websites and sub-accounts
• Build professional websites using the current GoHighLevel website builder / AI Studio
• Build forms, surveys, calendars and lead capture systems
• Set up pipelines and CRM systems
• Build workflows and automations
• Set up lead follow-up through email /SMS where appropriate
• Configure appointment booking systems
• Help set up AI features and AI-powered website functionality
• Help build and configure my first client account
• Create reusable templates/snapshots that can eventually be duplicated for other clients
• Troubleshoot problems and explain what you are doing so I can learn the system

My first client is a local service-based business, so I want to build this project properly from the beginning rather than using a basic template.

What I am looking for:

Required:

• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Experience building websites inside GoHighLevel
• Experience with workflows and automations
• Understanding of CRM, pipelines, forms and calendars
• Ability to work independently
• Good English communication
• Willingness to communicate with me through Zoom/chat when needed

Strong bonus:

• Experience with AI Studio / AI features inside GoHighLevel
• Experience building systems for service-based businesses
• Experience creating reusable GoHighLevel snapshots/templates
• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused websites

Important:

I am NOT looking for someone who will simply follow instructions or watch tutorials.

I want someone who can look at what I am trying to accomplish, recommend the best way to build it inside GoHighLevel, and then build it.

I am building this agency from the ground up, so if we work well together, there is potential for ongoing work as I bring in additional clients.
