Recruiter for Airbnb Cleaners in UK (Sourcing & Hiring Specialist)

About Us:
We manage short-term rental properties in the UK market. We are scaling our operations and need a dedicated, results-driven Recruiter to take full ownership of sourcing, vetting, and building our network of reliable domestic cleaners, backup cleaners, and professional housekeeping teams across various UK locations.

Salary: $8.00 USD per hour (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

UK Sourcing: Proactively hunt and source high-quality, reliable cleaners throughout specific regions in the UK using platforms like Upwork, Nextdoor, and local networks.

Vetting & Interviews: Conduct rigorous screening, structured interviews, and comprehensive reference checks to ensure top-tier reliability.

Database Management: Build, organize, and maintain an active database of active and backup cleaners to ensure zero service disruptions.

Agency Sourcing: Identify and negotiate terms with local UK housekeeping and corporate cleaning companies when independent cleaners are unavailable.

Onboarding: Assist management with onboarding selected candidates and implementing company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Niche Expertise: Proven track record specifically recruiting cleaning staff, housekeepers, or hospitality personnel.

UK Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with UK geography, hiring dynamics, and platforms popular in the UK (e.g., Upwork, Nextdoor).

Proven Upwork Portfolio: An excellent, active Upwork Freelancer/Recruiter profile with substantial positive reviews and verified hiring results.

Independent Drive: A "hunter" mindset—someone who doesn't just wait for applications but actively sources high-quality candidates.
