Data Support Analyst

As a Data Support Analyst, you will be integral in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness to support business operations, laying the foundation for advanced analytics and insights. This role is ideal for a data-savvy individual content with data cleanup and eager to grow into more advanced analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform extensive data entry and cleansing tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to optimize data flow and quality
• Utilize SQL, Excel, and/or similar tools to execute data cleaning and standardization processes
• Assist in creating operational reports and ensuring compliance with data standards
• Facilitate stakeholder access to clean, reliable data for analysis and reporting purposes
• Support process improvements and cross-functional initiatives by providing clean datasets and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Previous experience in a data-focused role preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Excel and SQL preferred
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred — with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency as needed
