Product Listing VA — Fashion (Shopify to Vestiaire, Tradera, Plick)

PRODUCT LISTING VA — FASHION MARKETPLACES (LONG-TERM)

I run an online clothing business. I need someone reliable to take products that already exist in my Shopify store and list them on three marketplaces:

• Vestiaire Collective
• Tradera
• Plick

After that initial batch, I send you each new product directly: photos, brand, size, condition, description, price and any other details. You never have to research products or write descriptions from scratch. Your job is to list them correctly and consistently, every time.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

1. Open a product in Shopify, or in the file I send you
2. Download the photos, crop or reorder them if a platform needs it
3. Create the listing on each platform in the right category, with the right size, brand, condition and price
4. Log the product in a shared tracking sheet so we both know what is live where

ABOUT LANGUAGE

Tradera and Plick are Swedish platforms, so those listings are in Swedish. You do not need to speak Swedish. You will use an AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT or DeepL) to translate the English text I give you, following a template I provide. I proofread everything for the first few weeks until we both trust the process.

What matters is that you are careful with text in a language you cannot read. If a translation looks odd or a word does not fit the field, you ask me instead of guessing.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

• Accurate and detail-oriented. This matters more than speed.
• Comfortable with repetitive work over months, not weeks
• Follows written instructions exactly, and asks when something is unclear
• Reliable internet and a computer that handles many browser tabs and image files
• Experience with Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Depop or Poshmark is a plus
• Basic clothing knowledge (sizes, materials, condition grading) is a plus

HOURS AND PAY

Full time, 500 USD per month. Ongoing and long-term: a larger batch of existing products at the start, then a steady flow of new ones.
