Upwork Bidding & Automation Specialist

We are looking for an Upwork Bidding & Automation Specialist who can help us find relevant projects, submit high-quality proposals, and improve our client acquisition process through automation.

Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant Upwork projects.
Submit customized and compelling proposals.
Monitor bids, responses, and potential clients.
Track bidding performance and results.
Automate repetitive bidding and lead-generation tasks.
Use tools such as Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, Airtable, or AI tools.

Requirements
Proven experience with Upwork bidding/proposals.
Good written English and communication skills.
Experience with automation tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Results-driven and able to work independently.

Preferred: with 1 year experience of bidding and automation.
