Position Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist or young professional with strong learning ability, analytical thinking, creativity, and interest in digital growth. The selected person will support and develop digital marketing initiatives focused on campaign performance, paid advertising, analytics, content optimization, and business growth.
The ideal candidate does not necessarily need extensive professional experience. We value discipline, strong academic or personal achievements, curiosity, commitment, and the ability to learn quickly and work with digital tools, including artificial intelligence tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook , Instagram, and other relevant digital channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear weekly reports with results, conclusions, and improvement proposals.
• Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to improve campaign impact and conversion potential.
• Implement and monitor A/B tests to improve ads, landing pages, messages, creatives, and campaign efficiency.
• Support digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand positioning, and business growth.
• Use analytics tools to identify opportunities, detect problems, and recommend data-based decisions.
• Explore and apply artificial intelligence tools to improve marketing workflows, content creation, analysis, and productivity.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and Human Resources area to align marketing actions with company objectives.

• Good level of English.

• Analytical mindset and willingness to work with data and performance indicators.
• Proactive attitude and ability to propose improvements.
• Interest in working in an international and intercultural environment.

Valued Qualifications

• Outstanding academic profile or academic record, ideally above 80 points or equivalent.
• Recognition in academic, professional, entrepreneurial, sports, artistic, scientific, or extracurricular areas.
• Previous experience or personal projects related to digital marketing, advertising campaigns, analytics, social media, sales, or business growth.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, spreadsheets, CRM tools, SEO tools, or AI tools.
• Strong school, university, or extracurricular achievements that demonstrate discipline, excellence, and perseverance.
