Customer Support (Dropshipping Experience Required

We are hiring Part-Time Customer Support (Hourly Paid) for our fast-growing dropshipping e-commerce brands.

The person we’re looking for will work heavily with ChatGPT to automate and speed up customer replies.
We use a custom prompt system that trains ChatGPT on our brand voice, policies and typical scenarios — your job is to review and adjust the generated replies before sending them to customers to ensure quality, clarity and professionalism.

You will handle daily customer email s in Gmail/Strato, focusing on fast, friendly and accurate responses.
Applicants must have previous dropshipping/e-commerce support experience and must be able to prove this in their application.

Your Main Responsibilities

Respond to customer email s using Gmail & Strato

Use ChatGPT (with our custom internal prompts) to draft replies

Review, edit and improve ChatGPT’s suggested responses before sending

Handle common dropshipping questions: tracking, delays, product questions, refunds, returns, etc.

Manage multiple inboxes and brands efficiently

Follow our templates, brand voice and guidelines

Maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction

Escalate only when needed

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory: Proven customer support experience in dropshipping/e-commerce

Strong ability to work with ChatGPT as a support assistant

Experience with:

Gmail

Strato mail

Shopify (basic order lookups)

Excellent written English

Attention to detail — you must be able to review AI-generated replies and correct mistakes

Reliable, organized and able to work independently

Must include proof of previous support experience in the application
