Part-Time With Opportunity to Grow

Bento Real Estate is a Boston-based real estate company seeking a talented and dependable video editor who can create polished, engaging real estate and local lifestyle videos.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow. Your primary responsibility will be turning property photos, listing video footage, talking-head videos, and written/voiceover scripts into professional videos that capture attention and tell a clear story.

We’re especially interested in someone experienced with AI video tools such as HeyGen who can create virtual property tours, narrated listing videos, market updates, and educational real estate content.

WHAT YOU’LL CREATE

• Property tours and listing videos
• AI-generated property tours using HeyGen or similar platforms
• Talking-head videos with captions, B-roll, graphics, and music
• Short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook , TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Longer-form videos for YouTube
• Coming Soon, Just Listed, Open House, Price Improvement, and Sold videos
• South Boston neighborhood, lifestyle, and local-business videos
• Market updates and educational real estate videos
• Video thumbnails and simple supporting graphics

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Turn raw footage, property photos, listing details, and scripts into polished videos
• Use AI avatars, voiceovers, lip-syncing, and other AI features when appropriate
• Create virtual property tours that feel professional, natural, and specific to each home
• Select effective hooks, video titles, music, B-roll, captions, transitions, and graphics
• Edit videos in both vertical and horizontal formats
• Maintain consistent Bento Real Estate branding across all videos
• Repurpose longer videos into short-form clips
• Review your work carefully for spelling, property facts, image quality, timing, and brand consistency
• Recommend creative ideas and new video formats that could improve engagement

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong video-editing and visual-storytelling experience
• Demonstrated experience using HeyGen or a comparable AI video platform
• Ability to create AI-presented or AI-narrated videos that look and sound natural
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Canva, Runway, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, B-roll, music, transitions, and calls to action
• Ability to edit short-form and long-form video
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to follow a creative brief and meet deadlines
• Willingness to accept feedback and revise work
• Reliable communication and strong file organization

Real estate experience is a plus, but excellent video quality, creativity, reliability, and a willingness to learn are more important.
