About the Role

We are a new French punk / streetwear clothing brand. We are looking for a graphic designer who can (1) create original print artwork for t-shirts and hoodies, and (2) turn those designs into factory-ready tech packs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design original print artwork for tees and hoodies: punk, hardcore, DIY zine, collage, distressed type, screen-print aesthetics
  • Deliver clean, print-ready files (correct sizing, color separations, placement)
  • Produce tech packs for our manufacturer: flat sketches (front/back), measurement charts, print placement and dimensions, colorways, Pantone/TPX references, fabric and trim BOM, labels and tags
  • Create simple product mockups for the shop and social media
  • Occasional branding work: logo variations, woven labels, hangtags, packaging

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Real experience building apparel tech packs (files go straight to a factory, they must be usable as-is)
  • A portfolio with graphic tees / streetwear, not only generic logo work
  • Understanding of screen printing constraints (max colors, halftones, ink types, print area)
  • Good written English, reliable, fast on revisions

NICE TO HAVE

  • CLO3D or Browzwear
  • DTG and all-over-print experience
  • Knowledge of punk / hardcore / metal visual culture

THE DEAL

  • Freelance / gig work, paid per project or per hour ($3 - $5 / hour depending on experience)
  • We start with one small paid test design, then ongoing work if it clicks
  • Long-term potential: we release small drops regularly

HOW TO APPLY
Start your message with the words SAFETY PIN so I know you actually read this.
Then send me:
1. A link to your portfolio (Behance, Google Drive, PDF, anything I can open)
2. ONE example of a tech pack you have made (blur client names if needed)
3. Your rate and how many hours per week you are available
4. One sentence: the last band t-shirt design you liked, and why

Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed. Thanks!
