About Us

Mad Monkey Fit is a combat sports activewear brand based in Melbourne, Australia, with an active sponsored athlete program. We're growing our digital marketing and looking for someone sharp, proactive, and genuinely skilled to help us do it.

The Role

We're hiring a part-time VA to run our Meta (Facebook /Instagram) ads and email marketing. This starts at 15 hours/week, with real room to grow — more hours, more pay, and an expanded role — based on your proficiency and the results (conversions) you drive through the funnels you build.

Down the track, there's also the opportunity to take on social media management as part of an expanded, higher-paid role.

What You'll Be Doing
Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Building and running email marketing campaigns and automations (via Flodesk or Mailchimp)
Building and continually improving marketing funnels to increase conversions
Tracking and reporting on ad and email performance (spend, CTR, open rates, conversions)
(Future scope) Social media content scheduling and community management
What You Need
Proven experience running Meta ads and email marketing — you must be able to show real results, not just familiarity with the tools
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, and either Flodesk or Mailchimp
Proficient written and spoken English
A stable, reliable internet connection
Previous marketing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Pay & Hours
Starting hours: 15 hours/week
Starting pay: USD $120–140/week (approx. USD $8–9.30/hour), depending on the strength of your experience and proof of results
Pay and hours increase over time based on performance, proficiency, and conversions generated from the funnels you build
Long-term potential to expand into social media management with increased hours and pay
