Female Virtual Assistant -Calling & Lead Follow-Up

Position: Part-Time Caller
Pay: $5.00 USD/hour weekly paid + Bonuses
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 20–25 hours per week
Additional bonuses are available for leads that result in closed transactions. Depending on the assignment fee, bonuses can range from approximately $200–$500 per closed deal.

JVNila Legacy LLC is a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in tax-delinquent properties, curative title, probate, and heirship situations.We are hiring a female caller to make outbound calls and follow up with property owners, sellers, heirs, and family members.

This is a phone-focused position. You will follow our provided scripts, contact tax-delinquent property owners, send text messages, leave voi cemail s, follow up with leads, email s, and book appointments for our team.You will be responsible for updating our CRM with information from your conversations and keeping accurate notes on each lead.We will provide training, scripts, and ongoing call reviews. We hold team huddles to review calls, improve communication skills, and discuss ways to handle different seller situations.

Requirements:
Female applicants only.
You must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday. Saturday is required and is not negotiable.
The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 25 hours per week to start. Hours will generally be between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

You must have clear, understandable English and be able to carry a natural conversation with American property owners and sellers.You must be comfortable speaking on the phone, following a script, asking questions, listening, and having conversations with people who may be dealing with sensitive family or property situations.You must have reliable internet, a computer, headset, and a quiet workspace.Previous experience with calling, real estate, lead generation, appointment setting is highly preferred..
