About Us

Pure Velocity is a U.S.-based private-label manufacturer of clean beauty, mineral sunscreen, skincare, aromatherapy, and eco-friendly home care products. We help brands and retailers go from concept to shelf with FDA-registered, globally compliant formulas.

We're now on a mission to become an AI-native company using AI agents and automation to run our Sales, Marketing, and Procurement processes faster and more efficiently than anyone in our space. We're looking for a hands-on builder to make that happen.

What You'll Build

You'll design and ship the automation that connects our tools and takes repetitive work off our plate. Core projects include:

1. AI customer-response/ Chatbot agent. Build an agent that reads a customer's product inputs and drafts (and/or sends) accurate, on-brand responses.
2. Procurement automation: automate sourcing and purchasing of sunscreen and personal-care products from overseas (China-based) vendors.
3. Product discovery automation: automate product discovery and procurement workflows using Keychain, Alibaba/1688, and similar sourcing tools.
4. E-commerce integrations: connect our ASI promotional pages to ---------- and build simple product/checkout pages for low-MOQ items.

You'll also document what you build, so our team can run it after you've shipped it.

HubSpot (CRM + marketing) · WordPress · Microsoft 365 · Claude (Anthropic) · WeChat · WhatsApp - imessage

Must-Have Skills

• Workflow automation / iPaaS: hands-on experience with Make (Integromat), n8n, or Zapier — building real, multi-step automations, not just simple triggers.
• HubSpot: building workflows and working with the HubSpot API.
• AI / LLM agents: direct experience with the Claude / Anthropic API (or OpenAI, if you can show you'll learn Claude fast) — building agents, tool use, and solid prompt engineering.
• Messaging APIs: experience with iMessage, WhatsApp Business Platform and/or WeChat APIs, including their approval/compliance requirements.
• Web: WordPress + Custom Web Portal ASI — able to build and connect product/checkout pages.
• Good written English and a clear communicator — you can explain what you built and hand it off.
• A portfolio or examples of automations you've actually shipped (please share these).

Nice to Have

• Microsoft 365 / Power Automate / Graph API experience.
• Familiarity with Alibaba / 1688 sourcing, and bonus points for Keychain.
• Light Python for glue code and API scripts.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for connecting Claude to other systems.
• Background in e-commerce, CPG, or working with Chinese suppliers.

Who You Are

• A self-starter who can take a loosely defined goal and turn it into a working system.
• Practical: you know when a simple rule or workflow is better (and safer) than a full AI agent.
• Reliable with communication and follow-through in a remote, async setup.
