Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Account Farm Specialist — Creation, Warm-Up, Upkeep & Recovery

We run multiple organic Facebook , Instagram and TikTok pages. We need an experienced VA who knows how to create, warm up, organize and maintain a large number of social media accounts.

These accounts are used to operate our organic pages. Because social media accounts can become restricted or disabled, we need strong account organization, backup access and recovery systems so our operation does not stop.

This is not a basic posting or social media manager position. We specifically want someone with experience managing Facebook , Instagram or TikTok account farms and multi-account operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create and properly set up new Facebook , Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Warm up legitimate accounts gradually through normal activity
• Maintain accounts daily and keep them active and healthy
• Track every account’s status, age, recovery email , phone number, device, 2FA and assigned pages
• Set up multiple authorized admins and backup access for our organic pages
• Monitor warnings, checkpoints, restrictions and verification requests
• Handle official appeals and account-recovery processes
• Build a working solution for video-selfie and ID reviews using the real authorized account owner and genuine matching documents
• Coordinate verification requests quickly when they appear
• Identify why accounts are being restricted and create SOPs to reduce future losses
• Maintain secure device, login and account-access procedures
• Work with managed mobile devices, eSIMs and possibly cloud mobile phones
• Keep detailed records inside a spreadsheet or account-management system
• Give us a weekly report covering account health, restrictions, appeals and available backup access

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Facebook , Instagram or TikTok account-farm experience
• Experience creating, warming and maintaining multiple accounts
• Experience with Facebook checkpoints, disabled accounts and official appeals
• Experience handling video-selfie and ID verification requests legitimately
• Strong understanding of account health, device consistency, 2FA, recovery information and page permissions
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Business Suite or TikTok Business Center
• Ability to explain why accounts are being banned and how to prevent the same issue from repeating
• Reliable computer, backup internet and backup electricity
• Organized, dependable and able to document everything
