Store manager - e-commerce brands (100% remote)

About the Role

We run a portfolio of European e-commerce stores and are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across product sourcing, customer support, and store maintenance. This is a broad, high-trust role for someone who wants to grow into a bigger position as the business scales.

What You'll Do

Supplier & Product Quotes: Receive and evaluate supplier quotes for new products; negotiate pricing and terms

Team Management: Oversee our customer support team and supply chain assistants, making sure tickets and orders are handled to standard

Product Research: Identify and vet new product opportunities based on our internal KPIs (margin, demand signals, supplier reliability)

Creative building: based on our SOPs, build images using AI tools that will then be our creatives.

Store Operations (Shopify):

Build out and maintain store pages, sections, and layout
List and update products (descriptions, images, variants, pricing)
Regularly check that all installed apps are functioning correctly
Flag and fix broken links, checkout issues, or theme bugs

Manage P/L statements

What We're Looking For

Prior experience with Shopify (store building, product listings, app management)
Comfortable managing or coordinating a small team
Strong written and spoken English for customer support and supplier communication
Detail-oriented — comfortable juggling multiple stores/SKUs at once
Available for consistent daily hours within the 20/week commitment
Bonus: experience with shopify, klaviyo, supply chain/dropshipping, and AI are crucial

The first 2 weeks are a paid, intensive training period covering our store systems, supplier network, CS playbooks, and KPI framework before you take on full responsibility.

Compensation & Growth
Start: $400/month (20 hrs/week)
After 3 months, if performance is strong: $500/month
