About the Role
We are seeking an experienced logistics professional with hands-on knowledge of Port Pro and a strong background in drayage operations. This role plays a vital part in managing container movements, coordinating with truckers, and ensuring on-time deliveries for our clients. You will collaborate closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to keep operations running efficiently, all in a remote capacity while working in alignment with U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Use Port Pro software to manage drayage scheduling, container tracking, and dispatch.
Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and returns for containers from U.S. ports.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers, customers, and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor container availability, port cut-offs, and free time to avoid demurrage and detention fees.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, BOLs, and shipment documentation.
Resolve operational issues promptly to prevent service delays.

Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics and drayage operations.
Proficiency in Port Pro (required).
Strong understanding of port operations, container movement, and trucking coordination.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with a backup option.
Own a reliable computer/laptop suitable for operational tasks.

Work Schedule
Full-time, remote.
U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
