Content Production Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Content Production Specialist to help our team turn recorded and source content into polished, accurate, publish-ready digital assets.

This is a hands-on production role.

You will work with video, social media content, graphics, written assets, and other digital content using established SOPs, templates, brand standards, and production workflows.

You will not be responsible for developing our overall content or social media strategy. Our Content Lead and marketing team will provide the strategy, creative direction, source material, and standards.

Your responsibility is to help turn that direction into finished work.

But there is an important distinction:

We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned production tasks. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the quality of what they produce.

You should be able to follow detailed instructions when they are provided, exercise good judgment when they are not, and review your own work carefully before submitting it.
