We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help grow both a fast-growing residential home service company and the personal brand of its owner.

This is not a virtual assistant position.

The owner will record videos and upload them to Dropbox. Your job is to turn those videos into high-quality content that builds brand awareness, generates engagement, and grows an audience. Basically, you'll manage and own our social media content, schedule and growth.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos using CapCut
• Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, clips, and posts
• Add captions, graphics, hooks, and branding
• Create graphics in Canva
• Write captions and social media copy
• Schedule and publish content
• Monitor social media accounts and engagement
• Identify content opportunities and trends
• Recommend content ideas and strategies
• Help grow both the company and personal brand

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced CapCut skills
• Canva experience
• Social media management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently
• Full-time availability (M-F 8am-4:30pm CST US...Open to other hours)
