We’re looking for a Video Editor who specializes in creating compelling trailers, teasers, and opening sequences for long-form interview and podcast content.
The ideal candidate understands how to turn raw footage into a powerful, story-driven introduction using strong pacing, sound design, music, dialogue selection, and cinematic visuals.

Requirements:
Strong experience in trailer construction and video editing
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
Skilled in sound design, audio mixing, and music selection
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and emotional build-up
Able to select compelling dialogue and moments from long-form footage
Portfolio or showreel featuring trailers, teasers, or cinematic edits
Good English and Filipino communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a capable editing PC
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a team
Open to completing a test edit
Motion graphics and After Effects skills are a strong bonus
Role:
Create cinematic trailers and hooks for long-form podcast and interview videos
Build engaging narratives using dialogue, music, sound effects, and visuals
Add animations and motion graphics where appropriate
Improve viewer retention through strong hooks and intentional pacing
Collaborate with the team and revise edits based on feedback
Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across projects
Rate:
PHP 33,000 - PHP 45,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level
