About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across business and personal commitments
-Handle inbox management, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups on behalf of the executive
-Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, bookings, and last-minute changes
-Support personal administrative tasks such as reservations, appointments, and day-to-day logistics coordination
-Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure commitments are completed on time
-Conduct research, coordinate with vendors, and assist with special projects as assigned
-Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing communications and protecting executive time and focus
-Provide responsive support outside standard business hours when urgent matters arise
-Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personal information

Who We’re Looking For:
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role
-Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or business owners preferred
-Proficiency in Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and communication platforms such as Slack/WhatsApp/Teams or similar
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
-Proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate needs with minimal supervision
-Willing and able to provide flexibility for occasional overtime, weekend work, or extended hours when required
-Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
-Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:
-Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
-Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
-Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
-Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
