Job Role: AI Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience and results.

Responsibilities
Use AI and scraping tools to identify highly targeted companies based on specific criteria
Find and verify the correct decision-makers and contact information
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
Create and manage targeted email outreach campaigns
Handle the entire outbound journey from prospect identification through follow-ups and responses
Continuously test and optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads

Requirements
5+ years of proven B2B lead generation and outbound marketing experience
Strong experience with AI-powered prospecting, scraping, data enrichment, and email outreach
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and responses
Strong understanding of cold email deliverability and campaign optimization
Ability to work independently and be accountable for results

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) EST

Salary
$5.00 - $7.00 per hour
