ShipStation Expert / E-Commerce Shipping VA

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ShipStation VA to help manage and improve our daily shipping operations.
This is not a basic data-entry position. We are specifically looking for someone who has strong hands-on experience with ShipStation and understands how to troubleshoot and optimize the platform.

Responsibilities
Manage daily orders and shipping workflows in ShipStation
Create and improve automation rules
Manage multiple carrier accounts and shipping services
Troubleshoot order, label, carrier, and integration issues
Review and improve existing ShipStation settings
Work with Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart and other sales channels
Assist with inventory/order syncing when needed
Help make our shipping process faster and more efficient

Requirements
Strong previous ShipStation experience
Experience with multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS
Good understanding of ShipStation automation rules
Experience with e-commerce marketplaces
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and detail-oriented
Good written English
