AI Image-to-Video Specialist for Website Homepage Hero Banner

We are looking for an experienced AI Image-to-Video Specialist / Video Editor to create a short, cinematic hero video for the homepage of our new website.

We are a high-end vacation rental management company based in the Destin / 30A, Florida area. We already have professional photography of our homes. Your job will be to take selected existing property photos and turn them into realistic, elegant video clips using AI image-to-video software.

The Project

We need a polished 8-10 second homepage hero banner video that will automatically play when someone lands on our website.

The video should feel like our homes were professionally filmed by a high-end real estate or hospitality videographer.

We want subtle movement such as:

Slow cinematic camera push-ins
Smooth pans
Gentle lateral camera movement
Natural movement in pool water
Subtle movement in palm trees
Ocean movement
Natural light and reflections
Smooth transitions between scenes

The finished hero should feel sophisticated, calm, premium, and realistic.

Very Important

The homes shown in the photographs are real properties.

The AI must preserve the original property accurately.

We do NOT want:

Architecture changed
Windows or doors added
Furniture changed
Pools altered
Landscaping changed
Objects appearing or disappearing
Rooms becoming distorted
Unrealistic camera movement
Obvious AI effects
Dramatic animations

The goal is for visitors to assume they are watching professionally shot video footage, not AI-generated content.

What You Will Receive

We will provide:

Professional high-resolution property photographs
Examples of the visual style we want
Direction on which images should be included
Brand and website context

You will help determine which images work best for AI animation and create the final homepage hero video.

Deliverables

The initial project will include:

AI-generated video clips from approximately 4–6 property photographs
Multiple generations when needed to achieve realistic results
Selection of the strongest clips
Professional editing and transitions
Color consistency between scenes
Final 10–15 second homepage hero video
A version optimized for fast website loading
Seamless or near-seamless looping if appropriate
Final high-resolution master file
Preferred Experience

Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
CapCut
Other professional AI image-to-video software

Experience producing content for luxury real estate, architecture, hotels, resorts, travel, or hospitality brands is a major plus.
