[2] The Role

As Ally's Recruitment Specialist, you'll be hands-on across the full hiring cycle — sourcing candidates, running screening interviews, coordinating assessments, and guiding new hires through onboarding.

You'll report to the People & Culture Lead and keep our talent pipeline running smoothly at volume.

[3] What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates across multiple open roles
• Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Run onboarding processes for new Executive Partners
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Notion
• Post and manage job listings across platforms (Jobstreet, OLJ, LinkedIn, Facebook )
• Support employer branding and candidate experience efforts
• Use AI screening tools like Claude Code to score and rank candidates

[4] What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
• Comfortable conducting interviews and candidate assessments
• Highly organized — can juggle multiple roles and candidates at once
• Detail-oriented with clean data habits (Notion, spreadsheets)
• Proactive communicator — follows up without being asked
• Has used AI tools in their workflow (preferred, not required)
• Strong written and verbal English communication
