About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Media & PPC Performance Manager to take full ownership of multiple advertising accounts across Meta, Google, and other PPC platforms.
This is a results-driven role, not a support position. You will independently build, optimize, scale, and troubleshoot campaigns while using AI and data to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop campaign, audience, retargeting, and budget strategies.
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Scale winning campaigns and restructure or stop underperforming campaigns.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Use AI tools for campaign analysis, creative generation, copywriting, targeting, and optimization.
- Write or direct high-converting ad copy and creative concepts.
- Manage tracking including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads tracking, and GA4.
- Monitor lead quality, funnels, landing pages, and retargeting performance.
- Provide clear, data-driven performance reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with retargeting, lookalikes, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience using AI tools in paid media workflows.
- Strong ad copywriting skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
