Goal

Improve the local pack and Google Maps ranking of a Dutch roofing company from its current top 10 position to top 3 position within 2 months.

This is a fixed-scope project, not an ongoing role.

Location 1: Den Haag

• Target search queries: "dakdekker den haag" and "dakdekkersbedrijf den haag"

Location 2: Rotterdam

• Target search queries: "dakdekker rotterdam" and "dakdekkersbedrijf rotterdam"

The situation

Den Haag has 432 Business Profile interactions over the last 5 months, Rotterdam has 231 interactions. Both profiles were optimized according to best practices, but this did not result in a ranking improvement.

Some competitors ranking above have 3x fewer reviews. Other high-ranking competitors have no recent reviews at all, so reviews do not seem to be the only lever for ranking.
