Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant

Hi I'm looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Content, Community & Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing business with content creation, video production, community management, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content for social media.
Create graphics, captions, and other marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage and engage with the company's online community through Circle or similar platforms.
Post updates, resources, announcements, and engagement content within the community.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Research trends and develop new content ideas to support organic growth.
Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
Track basic content and social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all content.

Requirements
Experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, community management, or a similar role.
Strong short-form video editing skills.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.
Experience with Circle or another community platform is highly desirable.
Knowledge of social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is an advantage.
Comfortable using AI tools for content and marketing.
