Commercial Property Manager

Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease administration, rent collections, vendor and maintenance coordination, financial reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing NNN triple net leases, tracking rent, handling renewals and lease abstracts, and serving as the primary operational point of contact for tenants and ownership.

Candidates must have commercial property management experience, strong knowledge of NNN leases and CAM recoveries, and some experience with AppFolio. Must be proficient in English.
