We’re a boutique email marketing agency for ecommerce brands. We’re hiring a detail-obsessed Klaviyo assistant to keep tasks organized, follow through on details, and support our email production process.

This is a remote, hourly role. Hands-on Klaviyo experience is required.

What you’ll do

• Check email links, images, spelling, and desktop/mobile previews.
• Confirm subject lines, preview text, audiences, exclusions, and send times against the brief.
• Schedule email s after the checks and approvals are complete.
• Flag problems, make straightforward corrections, and keep task statuses up to date.

What we’re looking for

• Strong virtual assistant skills: organization, follow-through, and reliable support.
• The ability to follow a checklist and catch mistakes.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience scheduling campaigns, checking campaign settings, and reviewing email builds.
• Clear written English and dependable communication.
• Relentless resourcefulness: find answers, learn tools quickly, and solve problems with good judgment.
• Extreme ownership: take responsibility for tasks and deadlines, flag problems early, and follow through until the work is complete.

Experience supporting an agency or ecommerce team is a plus.
