Night Shift International Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative to support our international trade business during night hours.

Job Type: Night shift customer service

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Main Responsibilities:

Reply to customer inquiries online during night hours

Communicate with overseas customers through WhatsApp and other messaging tools

Follow up on basic customer questions and report important issues to the team

Maintain polite, clear, and timely communication with customers

Requirements:

Filipino nationality preferred

Good English communication skills

Responsible, patient, and able to work independently at night

Experience in customer service or international trade is preferred

Familiar with WhatsApp and online communication tools

Additional Notes:
Weekend overtime may be required occasionally. Extra allowance will be provided if you are available to work overtime on weekends.
