Are you a hungry, driven real estate professional with a knack for closing deals and building relationships? I am a U.S.-based commercial real estate owner seeking a powerhouse Virtual Assistant to drive our leasing efforts. Instead of just managing administrative paperwork, you will be the frontline voice and creative marketer behind our commercial lease-up strategy.

The Ideal Candidate
We aren't looking for a standard administrative assistant; we need a proactive, sales-minded professional who thrives on generating leads and filling vacancies.

Fearless Communicator: You possess flawless, accent-neutral spoken and written English, and you are completely comfortable cold-calling U.S. brokers, agents, and prospective business tenants.

Industry Experienced: You have a proven background in commercial real estate leasing, B2B sales, or property marketing, with hands-on experience using platforms like Crexi or LoopNet.

Creative Marketer: You have an eye for design and can independently build beautiful leasing brochures, flyers, website updates, and digital assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Self-Starter: You manage your pipeline ruthlessly, track your leads diligently, and do not require micromanagement to hit your daily outreach goals.

Core Responsibilities

Execute aggressive outbound call and email campaigns targeting specific commercial sectors (e.g., regional restaurant operators, food halls, retail brands).

Field all inbound leasing inquiries promptly via our dedicated phone line and website, acting as the enthusiastic primary point of contact.

Design compelling marketing materials, signage concepts, and digital listing assets from scratch.

Manage, optimize, and continuously update our commercial real estate listings across multiple databases to ensure maximum visibility.

Schedule & Compensation

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (includes a 1-hour break). This is a graveyard shirt PH in PH time.

Weekend Coverage: Brief, flexible check-ins required on Saturdays and Sundays to monitor and respond to urgent inbound leads.

Base Salary: A highly competitive $800-$1,100 USD per month base.

Performance Bonus: $1,000 USD commission for every standard lease signed, with higher bonus tiers available for larger footprint leases.

Future Work: Once this space is fully leased (we estimate this to be a 6-12 month lease), we have other opportunities available with our other companies ---------- and ---------- as well as with future commercial buildings we are targeting.
