Stubble Suede is a U.S.-based DTC personal-care brand looking for a full-time Video Editor to create high-performing video ads for Facebook and Instagram.

We are looking for someone who understands UGC-style ads, strong hooks, fast pacing, retention, and direct-response creative.

Salary: $1500-$3000 USD/Month (Depending on skill level)

What You'll Do

• Edit UGC and short-form video ads for Meta/Facebook/Instagram
• Turn raw creator footage, product footage, scripts, and briefs into finished ads
• Create strong first 1–3 second hooks
• Add captions, B-roll, sound effects, music, and visual elements
• Create multiple versions of ads by testing different hooks, pacing, and CTAs
• Re-edit winning ads into new variations
• Work closely with our Creative Strategist on concepts and feedback
• Use AI tools to help create hooks, B-roll, voiceovers, product scenes, and creative variations

AI Experience

• Experience with AI creative tools is a big plus
• Examples include:
• Higgsfield, Google Veo/Flow, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, or AI features inside CapCut/Premiere.

You do not need experience with every tool, but you should be comfortable learning and experimenting with AI.

What We're Looking For

• Strong video editing skills
• Experience editing UGC, Facebook /Meta ads, TikTok ads, or DTC/e-commerce ads
• Good understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Ability to follow creative briefs and also contribute ideas
• Reliable communication and good English

Experience with DTC, beauty, grooming, or personal-care brands is a plus.
