GoHighLevel (GHL), AI & Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL), AI & Automation Specialist to manage, build, and improve our GHL systems, AI tools, automations, and integrations.

Position Details

• Remote
• Part-Time or Full-Time
• Salary: $600–$1,200 USD/month, depending on experience and hours

Responsibilities

• Manage GHL accounts and sub-accounts
• Build and maintain workflows and automations
• Manage CRM pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, and campaigns
• Set up and troubleshoot email and SMS systems
• Handle A2P 10DLC registration and compliance
• Manage LC Phone, email domains, DNS, and deliverability
• Build AI-powered workflows and business automations
• Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, or Make
• Troubleshoot GHL, AI, and automation issues
• Create and maintain SOPs and system documentation
• Monitor existing systems and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Experience building workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations
• Knowledge of A2P, SMS compliance, and email deliverability
• Experience with AI tools and AI-powered automations
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and/or Make
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Good written and spoken English

Experience with GHL SaaS Mode, LC Phone/Twilio, SHAKEN/STIR, Stripe, AI Agents, and advanced integrations is a plus.
