Title: Operations Analyst

Hours: Full-time (45+ hours per week), long-term
Days: 5 days a week, 8am to 6pm or similar, exact days of week TBD
Time-zone: U.S. Central Time (CST)
Pay: $1100 USD / month

Role:

• Ensure our stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by placing the right orders
• Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
• Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
• Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable for their responsibilities and performance
• Contribute to the overall mission of improving the company and enhancing operational smoothness

Requirements:

• A smile on your face daily - let’s have some fun!
• Extremely high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong mathematical capabilities
• Strong written and oral English skills
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college is a plus!)
• Minimum 50 Mbps Internet Speed
• Designated office space in your home
