I run a growing plant-based chef business.
We are hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to fully own content, strategy, and growth across all platforms.
This is not a task-based VA role. You are responsible for what gets posted, how it performs, and how the brand grows.
We are not looking for someone to wait for instructions. We are looking for someone who can think, d ---------- , and execute.
This role is focused on social media strategy and content execution.

> What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Social Media

• Manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and Meetup
• Plan and execute content (reels, videos, graphics, captions)
• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Grow audience through engagement and visibility strategies
• Track performance and adjust strategy

2. Marketing & Brand Presence

• Support campaigns for events, services, and offers
• Strengthen overall brand presence across all platforms
• Execute collaborations and partnerships

3. Content & Brand Execution

• Follow brand guidelines and use templated designs
• Maintain clean, consistent, and high-quality visuals
• Ensure all content is aligned and intentional

• Consistent, high-quality content output every week
• Growth in engagement and audience across platforms
• Strong, cohesive brand presence (360 social media presence)
• Clear reporting on what is working and what needs improvement

> Expected Output

• Daily or weekly content production and scheduling
• Daily engagement activity
• Daily updates and reporting

> Who This Role Is For

• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (required)
• Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision
• Self-starter who does not wait for instructions
• Strong understanding of content strategy, growth, and engagement
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Able to follow brand guidelines and execute within templated systems
• Organized, reliable, and accountable
• Comfortable using analytics to improve performance
