Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator
Confidential employer
About the Role
InvestNJoy Capital is a Texas-based real estate investment company focused primarily on multifamily investments. We are building a more sophisticated investor marketing, communications and capital formation platform.
We already have support for advanced CRM architecture, GoHighLevel automation and systems
development. This role is different. We are looking for an exceptionally organized, resourceful person with excellent written and spoken English who can help us execute the marketing, content, research and day-to-day work required to keep the system moving.
You may receive:
1 A five-minute voice note from one of the principals.
2 A meeting transcript.
3 Rough bullet points.
4 An existing investor report.
5 A list of contacts that needs to be researched.
6 A marketing campaign that needs to be loaded into GoHighLevel.
7 A newsletter that needs to be drafted and scheduled.
8 A long video that needs to become several shorter pieces of content.
Your job is to take incomplete inputs and turn them into organized, finished work. We are not looking for someone who needs every task explained step by step.
We want someone who can understand the objective, use AI and other tools intelligently, ask good questions when necessary, and get things done.
Exceptional English Is Required
This is one of the most important qualifications for the position.
1 Communicate comfortably in spoken English with U.S.-based executives.
2 Understand nuanced business conversations and instructions.
3 Write professional email s and newsletters.
4 Turn rough thoughts into clear written communication.
5 Edit AI-generated writing so it sounds natural and credible.
6 Recognize when content sounds generic, overly promotional or obviously AI-generated.
Much of our audience consists of successful business owners, executives, professionals and sophisticated real estate investors. Our communication needs to reflect that.
Primary Responsibilities
Content & Executive Communication
1 Turn voice notes, meeting transcripts, rough notes and ideas from company leadership into polished content.
2 Draft investor email s and newsletters.
3 Draft LinkedIn posts and other social content.
4 Repurpose longer content into multiple shorter pieces.
5 Assist with investor updates and educational content.
6 Edit AI-generated writing extensively before it is used.
7 Maintain a content calendar.
8 Help develop a consistent voice for the company and its principals.
Marketing Operations
1 Build and schedule email campaigns.
2 Load content into GoHighLevel and other marketing systems.
3 Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
4 Coordinate landing pages, forms, email s, graphics and other campaign assets.
5 Test links, forms, email s and workflows before launch.
6 Track whether campaigns and projects were actually completed.
7 Follow up on unfinished items without needing to be reminded.
CRM & Database Operations
You do not need to be an advanced GoHighLevel developer. We will have technical support for advanced CRM architecture and automation. You should, however, be comfortable learning and operating a CRM.
1 Update and maintain contact information.
2 Apply appropriate fields, tags and segmentation.
3 Manage lists.
4 Upload and clean contact data.
5 Identify duplicates and incomplete records.
6 Maintain follow-up information.
7 Support investor and prospect pipelines.
8 Load email and nurture content into existing workflows.
9 Test automations after they are built.
GoHighLevel experience is helpful, but advanced GHL experience is NOT required. We would rather hire an exceptional communicator and operator who can learn GoHighLevel than an advanced GHL technician who cannot write or communicate well.
Research & Data Enrichment
1 Research prospective investors, family offices, RIAs, capital partners and referral relationships.
2 Find and verify company and contact information.
3 Research organizations and investment criteria.
4 Enrich CRM records.
5 Build prospect and research lists.
6 Organize information in spreadsheets.
7 Use AI and research tools intelligently to accelerate this work.
Social Media & Basic Creative Work
1 Schedule and publish approved content.
2 Create professional basic graphics in Canva.
3 Repurpose existing content for different platforms.
4 Assist with simple video editing or clipping when needed.
5 Maintain organized folders of content and marketing assets.
You do not need to be a professional graphic designer or video editor.
AI Is Part of the Job
We expect you to use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude every day.
1 Research.
2 Brainstorm.
3 Draft.
4 Summarize.
5 Analyze transcripts.
6 Repurpose content.
7 Improve processes.
8 Create SOPs.
9 Organize information.
10 Work faster.
Copying and pasting the first answer from ChatGPT is not acceptable. You must review the output, recognize problems, improve it and take responsibility for the final product.

9 Has good business judgment.
10 Enjoys learning new software.
11 Comfortable doing both creative work and repetitive execution work.
12 Can work with executives without requiring constant supervision.

Raw Notes From the Company Principal
We have not purchased another apartment property recently, and that’s intentional. There have certainly been properties available to buy, but owning more real estate isn’t automatically the same thing as creating value. Over the last couple of years, financing costs increased, insurance and property taxes became more expensive, and in a lot of markets seller expectations took longer to adjust than property-level performance. We’ve continued looking at opportunities, but we’d rather miss a deal than force one that doesn’t compensate investors appropriately for the risk. At the same time, we are investing significantly in our own infrastructure around investor relationships, technology, CRM and capital formation so that when the right opportunity does appear, we’re better prepared to move quickly and execute. We think the next phase of the market will create opportunities for disciplined buyers, but patience matters.
Please Submit
A LinkedIn post of no more than 200 words based on the notes above.
The audience is prospective and existing real estate investors.
1 Sound like it was written by a real business principal.
2 Be confident but not promotional.
3 Do not invent facts.
4 Do not sound like generic AI marketing copy.
5 Have a clear central message.
There is no single correct answer. We care much more about your judgment and finished writing than about which AI tool you used.
Long-Term Opportunity
We are looking for someone who wants to become an important long-term member of a growing company. If you are exceptionally organized, communicate extremely well and enjoy turning ideas into finished work, we’d like to hear from you.
