We're a family-owned CPA and advisory firm led by Emma Liger Zelaya, CPA, and we're looking for an Accountant who wants to grow with us. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving financial problems, keeping records accurate, and supporting strategic client decisions, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, review transactions, assist with month-end close, support bookkeeping and accounting cleanup projects, and provide accurate financial information that helps our team make informed tax and advisory decisions.

You'll also work closely with leadership and the tax team to identify discrepancies, improve accounting processes, and ensure client financial information is complete, organized, and ready for tax planning and compliance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial statements, and general accounting principles. You should be highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.

Experience with U.S. accounting and working with business clients is preferred. Strong QuickBooks Online experience is highly valued, along with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with TaxDome, accounting cleanup, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or working alongside a CPA or tax team is a plus.

CPA candidates and accounting professionals interested in growing into tax and advisory work are welcome but not required.
